Morel Mushroom Hunt with Chef Adam


For the past three years, Chef Adam has led a group of members on an exciting adventure to forage for one of his favorite culinary treasures—morel mushrooms. This beloved tradition has been such a success that he’s bringing it back again this May! Members will join Chef Adam in Highland, Wisconsin, to embark on another thrilling hunt for these prized fungi. After a day of exploring the woods in search of elusive morels, Chef Adam will craft a delightful dish featuring the freshly foraged mushrooms served with hand-selected wines.

Because morel season is highly dependent on nature’s timing, the official date will be announced closer to the event, but it’s looking like May 16th or 17th, starting at 9 AM. Be sure to watch your email for updates and details as we will send out the location one week prior. Whether you’re an experienced forager or simply looking for a unique outdoor experience, this adventure promises a blend of nature, camaraderie, and exquisite flavors.
