The last two years Chef Adam has led a group of members to hunt for his favorite springtime treat; morel mushrooms. This foraging trip has quickly become a member hit so Chef Adam is thrilled to once again invite members to join him this May in Highland, WI for another morel adventure!

Following the morel mushroom hunt, Adam will create a fantastic treat with delicacies right from nature that pair perfectly with hand-selected wine by Beverage Manager David.
