The Madison Committee on Foreign Relations presents: Forward to the Past: The Russian Invasion of Ukraine and Impacts on International Security by Dr. Chad Briggs.

Dr. Chad Briggs is a Principal Consultant and Strategy Director for GlobalINT. His PhD in political science is from Carleton University in Canada. He specializes in translating complex scientific data into risk assessments and strategic planning. His presentation will start with the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and discuss how our globalized world is at risk from the intersections of so many vulnerabilities, from food security, climate change, energy supplies, cyber/info warfare, extremist movements, and other emerging risks.
