Chef Adam draws inspiration from new experiences, and his trip to Italy in May will influence his next Chef's Table event on Saturday, July 6th. During his trip, Chef Adam explored the Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, and Veneto regions, as well as visited food hotspots like Modena and Parma. He not only savored the legendary tastes from Modena and Parma but also gained insights into the preparation of these iconic foods during his firsthand experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The first ten lucky members to RSVP will have the opportunity to indulge in a surprise five-course meal featuring flavors from Northern Italy. To enhance the experience, members will be seated at the window tables in the beautiful Clementine.
