Having rarely drawn from this region in the past, Chef Adam is thrilled to explore its flavors while he travels to this lush region in late April. Immersing himself in the cuisine and beverages of these vibrant cultures, Chef Adam will be researching and learning so that he can bring home the experiences to us. This exclusive evening will feature a carefully crafted multi-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with beverages to complement each dish. Reserve your spot early!
