The rich elegance of the Club is highlighted in its décor. Your guests will marvel at the grand staircases, antique chandeliers, European tapestry and numerous fireplaces throughout the Club - all are kept in pristine condition and add to the unique and prestigious ambiance of your event.
Numerous large windows throughout the Club offer lots of natural light, and breathtaking views of the State Capitol and Lake Monona are readily available. With the Club’s close proximity to these local attractions, you have convenient access to stunning backdrops for creative outdoor photographs.
The Madison Club can comfortably accommodate parties of up to 220 people for a sit-down dinner and as many as 350 for a standing cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception. Our beautiful patios allow for terrific outdoor parties and cocktail receptions during the summer and fall months. Additionally, with the Hilton Hotel right next door, you and your guests can enjoy comfortable overnight accommodations, stress-free parking and convenient access to the Club. We want every person in your party to be comfortable, so we offer personalized changing rooms free of charge.
We believe that personal attention is the key to successful events! Our Banquet Managers Emily Bowen and Chastity Stanila will gladly meet with you personally to answer questions and find out what will work best for your specific event. They can offer suggestions and help you plan all of the details from setup and decor to food options and wine pairings.

Expecting a large group? The Terrace Room and Louise Marston Conklin Room can be combined to accommodate a total of 264 guests for a sit-down dinner, or 250 for an hors d'oeuvres reception. Similarly, the Roosevelt Reading Room and Lake Dining Room can be combined to accommodate the same number of people.
