Utilizing locally raised meat, produce and cheese is of paramount importance to Executive Chef Andrew Wilson and the Madison Club's culinary team. The strength of the farmer to chef connection allows the Madison Club to incorporate amazing, Wisconsin-grown ingredients that are picked fresh off the vine and delivered to us using fewer fossil fuels. We order our produce, meats, fish, and other fine products from over fifty different local farms, gourmet food purveyors, and fishmongers and we are one of the leading restaurants in the area to work so closely with our local food community.
